    Thorough keto guide This is a comprehensive and well thought out keto guide. It has everything a newbie to keto will need. There is a 12 week meal plan which is amazing. This gives the reader a really good feel for what is allowed to be eaten on the keto diet. Then the reader can mix and match and extend the meal plans beyond those 12 weeks. Then there is a recipe for each one of those meals. That was a ton of work done for you. I highly recommend this book to any keto newbies.
