This series is hands down one of my favorite series ever! Although I am an avid reader and devour books like crazy, I don’t tend to leave many reviews unless a book just absolutely knocks it out of the park. And this series is one of those occurrences. It ranks in my top 5 all time favorites along with the Harry Potter series, the Divergent trilogy, the Twilight series, and the Red Rising series. It blows my mind that this author isn’t as well known and some of the bigger authors. If you like dy This series is hands down one of my favorite series ever! I have written individual reviews for each of his books if you’d like to read those to get a specific review for each book. Just know that this series has such rich character development that you’ll feel like you know each of them personally. I’m waiting with bated breath for his next dystopian series!

This is an excellent series and though I have reviewed each story separately, I will just say that overall, each story develops characters, plot and world-building brilliantly. There are typos and grammatical errors, however, the writing style is swift and flows extremely well. Plenty of action mixes with thoughts and feelings, bringing depth and reality to each story. Entertaining, enjoyable and highly recommended.

An amazing sci-fi military action series Loved these books and how the disparate sources came together. Great characters with realistic situations and lots of action and adventure. It was nice to see all the characters have a relatively happy ending If you love post apocalypse fiction the books are for you.😀

Children of the Prime. Stunningly written I loved this series.. it was written beautifully and kept me coming back for more. I feel quite bereft that I won’t be spending more time in the pages of these books and with the wonderful characters within.

Damn good read!! It was different from a lot of books that I have read lately. Makes me feel like another chapter should be written to send them to the happy hunting grounds in peace!

Amazing work A great way to build up to the end of the Enhances Universe. Growth of characters is well developed. I can’t wait to see what the author does next.

Fast read I found the World that this series takes place very vivid and believable. I loved the way Amber transitions from the fringe to olympian is amazing. The interactions between the characters show how you can be good and still do bad things. I would have liked to see a little more romance. But the battle scenes where fantastic. I highly recommend this box set.

I stumbled on this collection by chance and started reading. At first I lumped it in with series like "Hunger games" and "Divergent" starting out in similar ways, but it did not take very long to realize this was very much its own story and concept, and presented a very different and likewise enjoyable read. It was not until the last book in the collection that I became aware of the link with the other creation:"The Enhanced Series" so it would seem that that collection will have to end up on my K I stumbled on this collection by chance and started reading. It was not until the last book in the collection that I became aware of the link with the other creation:"The Enhanced Series" so it would seem that that collection will have to end up on my Kindle as well. Even though the "Children of the prime" collection obviously contains numerous spoilers for that series. Overall a good and enjoyable read with a big and thought out gallery of deep personalities. So well written that you are sad and glad on behalf of the characters. Even many of the characters that you only read a few sentences about are thoroughly defined with personal issues and traits. The landscape is also well written as the characters wander through it adding very much to the immersion. However there is one small annoying thing. The series could benefit from being revisited to weed out word combinations that are obviously wrong. Like "is is" where it should obviously be "it is" or "is it?", "a" and "an" and other such minor things, things that are not picked up on by spell checking as such, but breaks the flow of reading as you mentally have to proofread and correct the wording as you go. Also a very good candidate for the next Hollywood blockbuster franchise or HBO series

A good editor might be able to smooth out some of the more jarring word (mis)usages that just don't make sense in the context of the tale. All that being said, if you have the time to commit to reading this, I believe it is worth the read. While not a great masterpiece of modern literature, it may get you thinking. Or you may just enjoy escaping to an alternate world that has problems different from those we face. Recommended

Good read cracking feel good end Ok this is not a fast paced read, but to be honest I think you can lose some of the character that way.I was slightly disappointed with the lack of intensity of Kovas demise,We had been drawn to his anger and power struggle, only for him to be wiped away without seeing the fight in him disappear to the only conclusion we wished for him. This becomes more of a irritation when you read the last book and you see T.C can easily swap from one character mind and story to a Good read cracking feel good end Ok this is not a fast paced read, but to be honest I think you can lose some of the character that way.I was slightly disappointed with the lack of intensity of Kovas demise,We had been drawn to his anger and power struggle, only for him to be wiped away without seeing the fight in him disappear to the only conclusion we wished for him. This becomes more of a irritation when you read the last book and you see T.C can easily swap from one character mind and story to another.Would love to know why you decided he wasn’t worth a mention in his final battle. That being said I enjoyed the climax leading to the final battle, was one of those you know it’s coming,so you try to read a bit more,Few late bedtimes for me All in all one star took away for said fault, plus a few others minor gripes definitely going to read more of this author’s works

Good read For awhile. It got repetitive quickly. I wanted some real feeling and passion in Amber's romantic and familial relationships. She seemed such a cold soul for all her talk about love. War,Romance and enhanced people I think the title says it all. It was exciting to read and held my attention for 3 months. I read all of the books and found them to be easy to read. Some of the words used could not be found in an American dictionary so I think they should be reviewed for accuracy. Thus the 4 stars.

Long Having read all 8books I find I had to take a couple of breaks. The characters and the actions keep you reading, but felt the need to digest for a while before continuing. Hope all will enjoy this series as much as I did.

Great series! Characters in this series are very well developed, reading from different perspectives of these characters worked very well because it's this.
