    I've been following Ronny on Instagram for awhile now and his recipes are delicious, relatively simple, and healthy! This book has SO MANY delicious recipes, with fun anecdotal stories and beautiful pictures to go along with them. Though I haven't done the Whole 30, it love that all the recipes are so healthy and free of common allergens. Normally I wait to get a cookbook from the library, but I went ahead and just bought this one because I knew it would be amazing--and I was right!     Thank you to Houghton Mifflin for the review copy and opportunity to review this book. Although I was not familiar with the author or the Whole 30 program, I jumped at the chance to review gluten-free, dairy-free recipes. Like Lvovski, I also suffer from allergies, stomach problems and other issues. I immediately made the Chicken with Spinach and Artichoke Cream Sauce that's pictured on the cover of the book, as well as the Pan-fried salmon with Mustard Dill Cream Sauce. Both were truly amazing. Thank you to Houghton Mifflin for the review copy and opportunity to review this book. Although I was not familiar with the author or the Whole 30 program, I jumped at the chance to review gluten-free, dairy-free recipes. Like Lvovski, I also suffer from allergies, stomach problems and other issues. I immediately made the Chicken with Spinach and Artichoke Cream Sauce that's pictured on the cover of the book, as well as the Pan-fried salmon with Mustard Dill Cream Sauce. Both were truly amazing. I cut the garlic to one clove since I seem to be sensitive to large amounts of garlic. I also used a reduced-fat coconut milk instead of the full-fat, just to cut the calories a bit. The dishes were still creamy and delicious. Be sure to serve the salmon with the fresh dill. It added a wonderful flavor. I also made the Florentine Egg Cups using the reduced-fat coconut milk. It's a great make-ahead recipe. I plan to serve this the morning after Thanksgiving when the family is around. I still have much to learn about the Whole30 program, but I'm hoping it will help me feel better and shed pounds. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to eat healthy.

    Received a copy from Goodreads Giveaways. I am not familiar with Ronny Lvovski being as I don't read blogs or spend much time watching cooking videos. The recipes are quite simple which is great, however, I did notice that some of the same flavors are repeated in other recipes. It was also disappointing that all of the recipes did not have pictures, which I did expect. I tried one recipe"Mici" because the ingredients sounded interesting. Sorry to say I did not like the texture or the taste. I am Received a copy from Goodreads Giveaways.     My boyfriend and I are doing the Whole30 this month (more on that later), and we've had a steep...think mountaintop...learning curve when it comes to eliminating many of our usual food options, meal planning, and prepping almost everything we eat at home. That being said, this cookbook was incredibly helpful for our diet and had a lot of delicious recipes! My new favorite magic ingredient? Full-fat coconut milk.     I love this cookbook! Part of The intro simply explains the difference between Whole30 and Paleo diets. I am sure I'm behind not to know this anyway but I then had a better appreciation for the work put into each recipe to be healthy and delicious!     I won this book in the giveaways, ironically right after I bought the whole 30 cookbook, and I used both of them to get me through a month of Whole 30. I lost 10 lbs in 30 days. It was rough kicking sugar but it was fun actually cooking real food and this book was a huge help.

    It's a beautiful book. I like watching the author's cooking demonstrations on Instagram.
