   As someone who has identified as Wiccan for two decades I did enjoy reading this book. Having worked at a public library and read many books on witchcraft and herbalism from San Francisco, Oakland, Brooklyn and New York collections I found Plant Magic surprisingly well researched. The author explores many different approaches, heritages and lineages of witchcraft and makes it very easy for anyone to explore a once occult or hidden energy. The author explores many different approaches, heritages and lineages of witchcraft and makes it very easy for anyone to explore a once occult or hidden energy. Ally does a great job of combing through complex and sensitive history to create digestible spells and rituals for a wide audience. Truly anyone will benefit from introduction of plants and healing herbs to their diet, beauty routine or home and this book makes that very possible. Another unique attribute to this book is in that the photos are beautiful, intentional and uplifting. Most books on this topic have photos resembling random clip art, but these are well considered and applicable to the content. I keep a copy at my desk at work for people to flip through and I keep a copy at my home. The book has initiated many inspired conversations and allowed me to introduce the less obvious subtle realms in nature to those I interact with.

   This is such a great informative introduction into herbology! Over exceeded any expectations I had, and I could tell a lot of hard work and care was put into this guide, what a great follow up from her first book! I’ll be gifting this to friends for sure 🤩

   Beautiful book not only the photos but the spells. This is an amazing spell book for both beginners and seasoned witches. I love that the book is mostly about the projects. It doesn't have too much repetitive information like in most books. It does give some info for those who are new to witchcraft but doesn't go on and on. Very unique spells that I have never seen anywhere else and I have been practicing for over 40 years. I would recommend this book to all witches.
