Very Good Read Setting is from my home area. Captures the dialect, nuances of the mountain clans really well. Much like a lot of books there was to much covered. The story could have easily been a trilogy and a great one at that. He could have fleshed out the characters, both good guys and bad guys, a lot more. I would HIGHLY recommend this book especially to you kind folks from WNC & East Tennessee. Sit out on the porch with the women while they "strang" greasy backs and enjoy the read.
