As someone who is working my way into a keto way of eating, I really appreciate having great tasting recipes that don't take forever to make. You probably have most of these ingredients in your kitchen already, with the exception of some staple foods, such as almond flour, swerve, (or whatever sweetener you use), arrowroot powder, etc. One of my favorites for breakfast is the Bacon and egg fritatta. It is super easy to make and super filling! 3.5 Some of the ingredients are not keto friendly. Like Carrots and yogurt. But they are still doable just switch up the veggie or whatever. But from what I read these recipes are low carb which is great.
