This is my new favorite Mexican cuisine cookbook! From a mild, simple and quick recipe like Mexican Tomato Salsa to more detailed recipes, such as, Boozy Queso Fundido, thee are recipes which will surely satisfy every type of cook and palette. I found the recipe for Arroz Con Pollo to be much better than the ones II previously used, along with useful information of what areas of Mexico and the U.S. the recipes evolved from, it also contains pantry, cooking method and other ideas, plus charts. The recipes are all easy to follow. There are just enough illustrations to add to the appealing, but I would have preferred more. I offer a Four Stars rating for this book. *This was sent as a gift with no urging for a positive review. This is my honest review.
