If I could give a book 10 stars, this would be a 10-star book. It is likely that this worked so well for me bc I am in the trenches of building a dynamic culture. I turned down pages, highlighted so many lines, extracted quotes for my post it wall . . . Just ate this one up. Like other books by Matthew Kelly, this will become a reference and shared text.

The book makes some good points, but it could have been a short blog post instead. I would have liked more examples of the process to get organizations from where they are to where they could be, and fewer advertisements for the author's consulting services. Though I am not always one to gravitate toward this genre of book, I appreciated it as a summer professional development text. Every suggestion Kelly makes about how to create a dynamic, healthy culture that makes workers want to be the best version of themselves is practical, applicable, and realistic to implement.
