    Be careful This book has problems. Ingredients are missing. That I know for sure. Lemon was in the name of a recipe (Zucchini-lemon muffins), it was not an ingredient. In the same recipe it said to combine first 6 ingredients, zucchini was #6. Then it said to do something to the zucchini.

    The recipes look simple enough, but this book has editing issues. There are two grammatical errors right on the front cover. In reading other reviews, it seems like the same applies to the recipes, but that remains to be seen. UPDATE ...well, sadly the errors are all through the book. Obvious formatting errors, even error messages right on the page. Some ingredients are bulleted, some not. These are simple errors that should have been caught.
