Thank you Goodreads for sending me this book. What a charming book. I work with dogs and the author has captured the real essence of Bentley. He is a true companion, a very smart dog (when its sunny, he knows to walk in the shade etc). He brightens up peoples lives, especially the authors next door neighbour. Bentley is a well travelled dog and I would imagine a true joy to be with.

I won this book from goodreads. Very short book. The writing was good, wished it could have been longer.

The following review is based off my own opinions, thoughts and reactions. So in other words brace yourself. *There may be inappropriate words such as curse words.* You have been advised in advance.* Definitely a cute short story for dog lovers and busy people. A short story definitely worth reading to your children or just reading with your fellow dog loving friends and family.

Short and sweet, this little book gives a brief insight into the life of a woman and her dog Bentley who is a bit celebrity in their neighborhood! At 48 pages this is a short story but I definitely would have enjoyed it if it were longer! I'm sure there's plenty more stories to be told about Bentley and his interactions with the world!
