    I got several taco cookbooks from the library to see which ones would be good for me to purchase. This one is written half in Spanish and half in English. Unless you know both languages, you're going to need to look up words "in every paragraph" on the internet. I wouldn't mind looking up a word once in a while, but "every paragraph" is more than I care to tackle, especially when there are other cookbooks available with what I'm looking for already translated. For those of you who already speak bo I got several taco cookbooks from the library to see which ones would be good for me to purchase. This one is written half in Spanish and half in English. Unless you know both languages, you're going to need to look up words "in every paragraph" on the internet. I wouldn't mind looking up a word once in a while, but "every paragraph" is more than I care to tackle, especially when there are other cookbooks available with what I'm looking for already translated. For those of you who already speak both languages, I'm sure these recipes will be terrific, although I didn't try to make any of them since I wouldn't have known what ingredients to buy without spending hours translating.

    We are regulars at our local Mexican restaurant so have really been enjoying Taquería Tacos by Leslie Limon. Being able to incorporate this authentic style into our cooking routine has been a refreshing change. The step by step instructions give even inexperienced cooks the ability to create delicious recipes. Everything is broken down by chapter from the tortillas to filling, as well as tools and even drinks to compliment the many recipes included.
