    This is one of the most interestingly funny stories I have read. Edgar Allen Poe is one of the scariest author I have ever read and some of his stories are truly terrifying such as the Pit and the Pendulum but honestly some of his other stories can come off as silly. A court jester gathering up the king and all of his officials in a ball of and then burning them alive actually made me laugh. The idea it self sounds terrifying but it could sometimes come off as funny. This ties into the true geni This is one of the most interestingly funny stories I have read. His terrifying imagery and frighting writing can be seen as comical for certain people. All of the grief that poe experienced over his life truly shows how he writes in the mind of a psychopath.
