This is a hugely informative book. Rich Dad, Poor Dad is great at being a quasi-spiritual but ultimately frustrating look at shifting the paradigm of "traditional American Dream"thinking, and it has its fans. I think this book might top Rich Dad in terms of actual usefulness. So many investing strategies are covered here, from wholesaling to flipping to marketing. I really enjoyed the depth of material covered and each chapter was concise. I'd highly recommend it to any real estate investor newb This is a hugely informative book.
