This is a practical guide that shows, through the author's life experiences, lessons learned on how to - and also on how not to - manage and inspire people, react during a crisis, be a leader by listening, while not being a "sponge" for other people's problems. I found myself using one of his advices a couple of days after reading it, namely "what does good look to you?" to turn complaints into solutions.
