No Spring Chicken: A Woman of a Certain Age Book 1, Fifty & Fabulous, A Cozy Mystery by Molly Dox is intriguing because it kept me guessing. I gave this cozy mystery four stars. Lily Ballantine was fired from a television show right before she turned fifty. She was not pleased. Then her co-host was murdered and her own life threatened. She didn't know who to trust. She had a visit with her sister, Rachel and they had mimosas. "Lily picked up her glass and studied her hands. She didn't know who to trust. She had a visit with her sister, Rachel and they had mimosas. "Lily picked up her glass and studied her hands. Age had taken its toll on her skin. Her hands and neck spoke of her age more than anywhere else. It was a harsh reminder of Mother Nature's last laugh. Sure, make-up could cover her flaws on her face, but her body was only as taut as she could make it. Gravity was catching up to her, her collagen was breaking down, and time was a cruel girl that loved to share her misery." Link to purchase: http://www.amazon.com/No-Spring-Chick...
