This book is written ok, I always think it is hilarious when a man writes a diet book for women?? OK first set back, second was there are not many foods on the list that I CAN eat due to one medication, affliction , or allergy. I get beans, pretty much every diet, beans are my go to and a power food. Nuts...I can't do nuts. No bang on the author, but I will stick with WW. Deli meat? Really? Deli meat is listed in the master list of superfoods and there benefits...as long as you stick with low sodium variety and ones preferably with less sugar. Hahahahaha, what a joke!
