Great for kids and me My children are 5&6 and all their books have pictures to help them visualise the word but as this have no pictures I thought they may struggle but to my surprise they had no issues with their imagination with this book. They keep their concentration solely on my voice and I saw them laugh, gasp and smile all the way through. A great author which I will be keeping my eye on for new ebooks.

An engaging read A fun read! I really enjoyed the originality of the story ie it conveys the imagination of children and it depicts a subject to which we can all relate. I really preferred the monster ripping homework as opposed to "my dog eating it." Wonderful illustrations of the monster. I would recommend this story to children aged 4-6years who are comfortable with the idea of monsters in the bedroom. An engaging read A fun read! While lacking fart humor, it definitely was very cute. I liked how it included real things kids do like hw, playing with their grandma and dressing up on their own. It portrays the child during a time when he has to become responsible for himself, so a good transition book. Afterwards it had my little cousins talking about all the things their mom expected them to do too.

My kids thought it was funny My kids loved my monster farts so I got this. I read this to my five year old and she could not stop laughing. I just wish I could find this in print. I have already told my daughter's teacher about all of the monster books and how funny they are. My kids thought it was funny My kids loved my monster farts so I got this.
