    I really like the DASH diet. My dad is diabetic and my mom has hypertension. I just like to cook but, of course, I want it to be healthy as well as good. This book offers quite a few recipes that I was able to fix for both my parents. The microwave custard was a hit with the grandkids. The recipes are easy to make. Ingredients used are easily found in most markets. A lot of the ingredients I already keep stocked. I would have given it 5 stars if it provided some of the nutritional info I needed, I really like the DASH diet. My dad is diabetic and my mom has hypertension. I just like to cook but, of course, I want it to be healthy as well as good. This book offers quite a few recipes that I was able to fix for both my parents. I just highlight the ones I choose during my weekly meal planning. That has been working for me and may be an idea for anyone looking for a way to easily find the recipe.

    This book fails in ease of use as an e book. No table of contents. Have to write down locations to find anything, recipes, etc. Good information but horrible execution. Also, can't condense pages (make smaller) to easily scroll back or forwards. Nearly unusable.
