I just finished "Do You Think I Need to Wear Boobs with this Dress?" and all I have to say is...I loved it!! What an amazing writer! I really enjoyed how easy it was to read - it was so very real and down-to-earth. I smirked, laughed, and cried throughout the entire book. (Tears rolling down my neck at 5:30 a.m. on a Saturday morning!) Lynne Hanson has got to be one the strongest and bravest women I've ever had the privilege of reading. Although I'm not a cancer survivor, I've lost many people I love to the disease. This is a must read for anyone who has been touched by cancer.

I like the authors take on a life with breast cancer. If you are or know someone who has or had cancer I definitely suggest this book to you. It's so full of humor on a rather touchy subject for most people. There are the serious moments of course, but to me this was more of a feel good book and shows you that having a double mastectomy after facing breast cancer does not have to be the end of the world for a woman. I received this book through Goodreads First Reads. I like the authors take on a life with breast cancer. If you are or know someone who has or had cancer I definitely suggest this book to you. Do you have those acquaintances whom you haven't seen or talk with in years but they still send you holiday cards with the photocopied letter summarizing their life for the previous year? This book reads like one of those letters. I received this book from the author as part of the goodreads program. I had really high hopes for it. Let me save you from the tedium: Yes, you do need boobs.
